Hight-Doland Insurance Agency has debuted the latest charity campaign in a widely recognized community involvement program serving the families of greater Lake Charles. Turning their attention to local underprivileged children in need of a safe home, the agency hopes to raise funds and community awareness for the Boys Village Foundation. Readers who wish to support safer lives and brighter futures for boys and girls in critical situations may contribute at http://www.boysvillages.org/.
The Boys Village Foundation was created over 60 years ago by the Lake Charles Optimist Club to provide local underprivileged boys with a caring home. It has evolved into a forty acre campus with a wonderful recreation complex and a specialized treatment program which touches the lives of boys and girls who are in critical trouble or have been abused and neglected. A holistic approach is utilized by a team of dedicated staff and clinicians with unique expertise. Combining tenderness of care with effective programs, over 100 needy children each year are equipped with the necessary life tools to become healthy and productive members of the community.
“The Boys Village Foundation is a perfect fit for our Community Program,” said Patrick Hight, owner of Hight-Doland Insurance Agency. “We hope to ignite awareness and fundraising because making our community better and stronger is our ultimate goal. And getting kids the help they need to be safe and to flourish is something which should motivate us all.”
Hight-Doland Insurance has set a fundraising goal of $500, with the agency itself pledging to donate $10 for every referral they receive for a no-obligation insurance quote over the two months the campaign is active. Readers may have a donation to Boys Village Foundation made in their name simply by submitting recommendations of family and friends http://www.hightdolandagency.com/Rewards-Program_45.
The agency’s caring team is mobilizing a vigorous email outreach initiative and social media to help spread the word. Additionally, the campaign is featured in this month’s issue of their dynamic community magazine, Our Hometown, which is delivered to thousands of households in the greater Lake Charles area every month.
