Helping Our Community Recover From Recent Flooding

The flooding in Louisiana is likely the worst natural disaster in the United States since 2012’s Superstorm Sandy. The flooding has been so intense that The Red Cross has launched a massive relief operation in Louisiana. This response is anticipated to cost at least $30 million – and this number may grow as we learn more about the scope and magnitude of the devastation.

As #AgentsOfChange in the community, as soon the flooding hit and we saw the aftermath, we knew it was our duty to help with the recovery efforts. Many of those affected are our friends and family so this flooding has really, in quite possibly the most literal sense of the phrase, hit close to home. We want to do more than just file claims for homes taken out by the flood because there’s some damage a policy can’t cover. Let’s be there for those who have, unfortunately, lost everything to this terrible natural disaster.
